Every decision, traced

Trace any decision back to where and when it was made.

Spor keeps a connected record of everything your team works on: the tasks, the decisions, the conversations, the documents that tie them together. People and their AI agents work in it side by side. So when you reach a finished piece of work, you can follow it back to the decision that shaped it and the conversation that raised it, without asking anyone where it came from.

How it works

Your work records itself as you do it.

Spor runs alongside the AI coding tools your team already uses. Three things happen across a working session, while you and your agents get on with the work.

01

The background arrives with the task

When a task opens, the context that bears on it is already in front of you: the relevant decisions, the constraints that apply, the past conversations. You don’t go hunting for what the team already worked out.

02

Connections surface as you go

While you work, Spor links what relates to the task, so related decisions and approaches the team already ruled out appear on their own, along with its standing rules, rather than waiting for you to search them out by hand.

03

The record writes itself at the end

When the task closes, the conversation is written into the shared record automatically. Whoever comes next, a teammate or the next AI session, picks up the trail where you left it instead of starting from nothing.

newer than the rest, but climbing

Start here:

The clear pick is task-guest-path-build (7.38) — finish the guest checkout path. It’s well ahead of the rest, a lot of related work is moving right now, and you touched it two days ago, so pick that up first.

After that there’s a cluster around 5.8–6.4: the card-retry window, the cart tax preview, and holding inventory during checkout. All in progress, all moving.

  • Worth flagging: task-confirmation-email-edit is newer (1d) but climbing — keep half an eye on it.

Renders where you work

Your work shows up inside the chat as real, working UI.

Spor ships as an app for your assistant. Ask for your queue or any view and it renders inline, as boards, the trail behind a piece of work, and decision queues, with buttons that approve, start, or close an item right there in the conversation. It’s built on the open MCP Apps standard, so it runs first-class inside Claude and ChatGPT Apps and falls back to clean text everywhere else.

Humans + agents

Built for people and agents as equals.

Agents work in the same record people do. They handle the routine drafting and linking and keep updates current, while people make the calls that only a person should make. It’s the very same piece of work, shown to each of you the way you read it best.

Turn on guest checkout for all storefronts?

This lets shoppers buy without creating an account, on every store at once. Your agent built the path and ran it end to end against test orders; flipping it on is the human call. Account checkout keeps working exactly as it does now, and turning it back off is one switch.

Judgment is scarce

Decisions are the front door.

Everyone opens to the same place: the decisions only a person can make today, in priority order, each one ready to decide. A short list is the goal, and a sign of a team that stays on top of its work.
